$300 total
A valid credit card will be kept seresolvely on file for payment and cancellation fees. Payment is due at the time of service.
Individual Training Session
Individual in-office neurofeedback training session. 55-minute appointment: 10-15 minute symptom review & check-in, 30-45min of neurofeedback, HRV, and/or Vagus Stim
$80-100 per session
Depending on the package purchased: weekly, monthly, or bundled. Reimbursement is available for those individuals with PPO and deductible met.
In-Office Packages
In-office neurofeedback pricing:
• 2x per week – $100 per session
• 3x per week – $90 per session
• 4+ per week – $85 per session
Monthly plans:
• 8 sessions – $90 per session
• 12 sessions – $85 per session
Bundled packages:
• 25–45 sessions – $85 per session
• 45+ sessions – $80 per session

Take-Home Remote Training
A laptop, feedback amplifier, personal electrodes, training gels, Netflix login, and carrying case. 6 weeks of unlimited training with remote monitoring and support by our staff. Package includes a second brain scan upon completion!

Understanding Your Coverage Options
At this time, we are out-of-pocket only. Please speak to our staff if you are interested in seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider. Reimbursement ranges from 50-100% coverage depending on the plan. Applies only to PPO plans that have met their deductible. Reimbursement is not available at this time for Take-home units.
Common Questions
Does insurance cover neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is typically self-pay. However, many clients receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network mental health benefits. We provide superbills to support reimbursement requests.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Neurofeedback is generally eligible for HSA and FSA funds as a qualified medical expense.
Are package rates available?
Yes. Package pricing for full protocols (20–40 sessions) is available and offers meaningful savings versus per-session rates. Contact us for current package pricing.
